INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by Boutique Des Corsets s.r.l., based in Palermo, Via Marchese di Villabianca 106/112, in the person of Anna Maria Latteo, n.q of Data Controller. We inform you that your personal data are used in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection and confidentiality of the same and your rights, as established by the Regulation.
METHOD, PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
We inform you that your data will be processed with the support of paper and IT means (management, administrative and accounting software) to receive and manage orders, provide products and services, process payments and communicate with you regarding orders placed (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR). We also process your personal data to prevent and ascertain fraud and abuse and consequently protect the safety of our own customers (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
Furthermore, subject to your explicit and specific consent, we will process the data for the following purposes:
1) loyalty of the commercial relationship with the customer through dedicated offers, promotions and reserved discounts;
2) marketing and commercial information activities, sending of advertising material and commercial proposals by e-mail, messaging services such as SMS, Telegram, Whatsapp, voice telephone calls;
3) statistical research and/or market surveys aimed at dividing users and customers into "behavioral groups" to which targeted marketing offers can be sent (processing of the data you provide, together with any data deduced from purchases made and navigation within the www.boutiquedescorsets.com portal, may in fact be aimed at defining your commercial profile; it should be noted that, since monitoring for profiling purposes is limited to purchases made from us and navigation on the boutiquedescorsets portal. com, we do not get to know any particular data);
4) sharing the data you provide with commercial partners adhering to the "Promoshops.it" circuit to allow them to formulate dedicated commercial proposals and send you commercial information and/or advertising material.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Without prejudice to the communications carried out in fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, your data may become aware of the following categories of recipients, identified in writing and to whom specific instructions regarding the processing have been provided: data processing platforms; consultants and freelancers, also in associated form, as external managers (marketing companies, IT service providers, e-mail managers); partner companies; sponsors; shops adhering to the "Promoshops.it" circuit (in the cases referred to in point 4).
CONSERVATION PERIOD
In compliance with precise legislative and contractual obligations, the data will be processed for the entire time necessary to carry out the existing commercial relationship and for the following 10 years from the date of acquisition of the same.
You will always have the possibility to revoke one or more of the consents given, as well as to ask Boutique Des Corsets to completely cancel your data and cancel your registration, with the immediate interruption of the provision of the services connected to it.
The data will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously, if their conservation is not otherwise justified.
